How do I order from KLC Investments?

After speaking with one of our investment specialist, and decide on your purchase, you simply “lock in” your order at that time. Once your order is “locked in” it becomes a binding agreement to purchase your metals. KLC Investments will then confirm your order and make payment arrangements.

How do I pay for my purchase?

Payment must be dated 24 hours of your order confirmation, and must be received within 7 working days. KLC Investments accepts the following methods of payments.*

   Bank wire transfers

   Personal, company and online payment checks.

                            (Orders will not be shipped until funds from the check become available.)

   Any official bank check (bank draft, certified, or cashiers check)

   Money Order

   *International orders must be paid for by bank wire.

We do not accept credit cards because we believe that one

should not borrow money to use for investments.

Due to Money Laundering legislation and the Patriot Act

we do not accept third party payments.

How is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped registered mail through the U. S. Postal Service? All orders must be signed for by the person placing the order unless other arrangements are made with KLC and the third party.

Is my order insured?

Yes, registered U.S. mail is fully insured.

What about shipping charges?

All Shipping charges depends on the weight of the order. The shipping charged will be calculated upon placement of order. KLC Investments has a minimum shipping charge of twenty-five dollars.

Can I store my metals with KLC Investments

While we do not store your precious metals in our vaults, we can make arrangements to have them stored by a third party registered storage facility. The storage agreement will be between the storage facility and yourself.

KLC stresses the buying and holding of your own precious metals.

Is my information safe?

KLC Investments takes your security very seriously. Your information is held in the strictest of confidentiality. Your name and information will not be sold or turned over to any entity.  We also do not accept credit cards because of security reasons.
